Account Manager
We are looking for a dynamic candidate to join our account servicing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To lead the team and manage accounts smoothly on a daily basis.
- To develop excellent communication with all parties involved (the agency & the client) and to follow through with all the developments on the accounts.
- To build and maintain harmonized agency-client relationship at all levels.
- Thoroughly understands the development of advertising and is able to dig for more information.
- To understand and participate in the creative process.
- To manage financial process effectively and profitably.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in Marketing/Communications with at least 3-4 years experience in communications disciplines with 4As Agency.
- With relevant experience and proven successful client account servicing track record.
- Strong in execution, project management and interpersonal skills.
- With a good awareness of digital technologies.
- Excellent communication in both written and oral presentations (English and Chinese).
- Passionate about advertising and demonstrate a positive attitude with ability to get things done.
- Candidate with less experience would consider as Senior Account Executive.
Digital Producer
The digital producer is responsible for the end to end delivery of digital projects, from understanding the brief, developing schedules and budgets, to user experience, wireframes, and information architecture design, to co-ordination, management of workflow between key project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Project requirements gathering (business, functional, technical)
- Project planning by defining scope, task based schedules and critical milestones, resource management, and budgeting
- Key interface between the Digital Solutions Team and clients, Account Servicing, and other disciplines within the group
- Consistent management, monitoring, and reporting on project progress and resource usage
- Ensuring quality of deliverables by planning and executing thorough test plans both at a technical and creative and brand level
- Actively pre-empt issues and manage / alleviate risks
Requirements
- Excellent people management and client contact skills - build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within both the agency and client’s business
- Anticipate and effectively analyse and solve problems. Be decisive at all times but have the flexibility and ability to manage other people’s opinions
- Present in an articulate and effective manner that sells with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong grasp of the English language with Cantonese language skills desirable
- Manage and motivate people at all levels of seniority and background
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritise and able to meet and exceed deadlines
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Working understanding of all facets of web and mobile development including strategy, user experience, design, technologies, and implementation
- Understanding of MS programs for example MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project
